Food forest in the desert

Recently checked on 1-year-old edible landscaping installation we did in late 2021, early 2022 located in St. George, UT. I'm always shocked at how well these landscaping projects do when they lean on food forest principles like layering, and grouping collaborating plants together. Fruit trees are thriving, thornless berry bushes are healthy, herb garden could use a little spring maintenance but the herbs are doing well. The courtyard pond with edible plants looks amazing and the plants are healthy and happy as they come back from their winter-time rest. Here's some photos from last fall compared to this spring. More photos and videos to come as I have time to post.
